This project involved the design and rendering of a duplex residential building by translating conceptual plans into detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.

In this academic exercise, we focused on key architectural principles, including space planning, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

The duplex features two separate living units, each with its own entrance, living areas, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The design includes a small area designated for plants outdoors, adding a touch of greenery to the space.
