Sulihiya is a 16-storey mixed-use high-rise building designed to seamlessly blend functionality and luxury.
It features basement parking, shopping centers, office rental spaces, and residential units, along with a range of amenities including restaurants, a bar, a spa, a pool, and a gym.

The name “Sulihiya” also refers to rattan, one of the most sustainable materials used in furniture manufacturing.
The design concept is inspired by rattan chairs, which provide a place to rest. Like rattan, Sulihiya is versatile and reliable, offering a sanctuary of convenience and comfort amidst the urban landscape.
